What VALO Tech writes to your browser — on this site and in the investor hall — when, and why. The list is short, and only one thing on it is ever sent back to us, unless you turn Analytics on and two more are then sent to Google.

The three categories
Every VALO site uses the same three, so the posture you meet on one of them is the posture on all of them.
Nothing optional is loaded
Not loaded and then switched off — not loaded at all. A script that arrives and afterwards checks a setting has already made its request, and the request is the part you would have been agreeing to.
Clearing what is there
Your browser's own site-data control removes all of it. The animation note and the investor-chapter note last only until you close your browser; signing out of the investor hall ends the session cookie; choosing a language again replaces the language preference; and turning Analytics off removes the two analytics cookies at once, rather than leaving them to expire two years later.
What the investor hall records is not this
Signed in, the hall records which documents you have opened, so it can show you what is new since you were last there. That is an account record about a named person rather than a cookie or a measurement, and the hall's own privacy notice covers it.
